DelMor Group

We are the DelMor Group and are a local company located on the Westside in Colorado Springs. We love helping people find the right place to live. Stop by our office and meet Cali our office cat. She was abandoned at one of the properties that we manage. She loves people and wants everyone to love her too. Here is the rest of our staff:

Diane Kerns - If you have called our office in the past you have probably spoken with Diane. She was our Property Manager but is now in charge of Accounts Payable. She is always willing to help the residents in any way that she can, so don’t hesitate to ask her any questions that you may have.

Stephen Wilklow - A real estate coach and trainer, Stephen uses his negotiating skills to put others at ease and help find solutions to sometimes ugly situations. If Stephen is not out looking at properties, you may find him meeting with city planning or engineers on development projects.

Susan Wilklow - A CPA by trade, Susan turned in her corporate world to come to DelMor. She brings many years of experience with her and enjoys working with numbers and people. If Diane is out, you will usually see Susan filling in for her.
